• Class Levels: KG1, KG2, Primary 1–6, JHS 1–3, SHS 1–3
• Sections: Subdivide classes (e.g., JHS 2A, JHS 2B)
• Capacity: Set maximum students per section
• Form Teachers: Assign a primary teacher to each section

Subjects & Curriculum

• Map subjects to the GES Standards-Based Curriculum
• Assign subjects to specific class levels
• Define teaching hours per week per subject
• Track curriculum coverage percentage per term

Timetables

AI-assisted scheduling for teachers and rooms:

• Constraint-Based: Define teacher availability, room capacity, and subject frequency
• AI Optimization: The system generates an optimized timetable that minimizes conflicts
• Manual Override: Teachers and admins can adjust the generated timetable
• Period Structure: Configure period duration, break times, and assembly slots

Promotions

End-of-year student progression:

• Set promotion criteria (minimum pass mark, minimum attendance)
• Bulk promote eligible students
• Retain students who don't meet criteria
• Graduate final-year students to the Alumni module
